Information on the processing of your personal data
We appreciate the trust you place in us by providing us with your personal data, therefore we take all reasonable measures to protect this data. Below you will find information on how we collect and process your data when you use our Antigro Photo Designer Admin Panel (“System”) via the website https://designer.antigro.com/panel – hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) or by using the Antigro API.Data Controller
The controller of your personal data collected via the System and the Website is ANTIGRO spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością sp.k. with headquarters in Krakow, at 1C Ostatnia Street B21, entered in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register by the District Court for Kraków Śródmieście in Kraków, 11th Commercial Division of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000629257, NIP 6751553613, REGON 365011498 (“Antigro” or “Data Controller” or “We”).

Purposes and legal bases for processing data
We will process your personal data that we obtain in connection with your use of our System in order to:
  • perform the contract concluded with you or the contract for the provision of electronic services, on the basis of which your client has the opportunity to use our System, including the preparation and sending of a graphic design, as well as considering possible inquiries or complaints,
  • perform statistical and analysis of the way the System is used, as well as improve its functioning – based on our legitimate interest as a data controller,
  • conduct direct marketing – based on our legitimate interest as a data controller,
  • protect against fraud and other violations of the law, as well as investigation and defense against claims, before courts and administrative bodies and outside them – based on our legitimate interest as a data controller,
  • perform our data security obligations, including to make backups – based on our legitimate interest as a data controller.
The scope of processed data
The following personal data will be processed for the purposes indicated above:
  • in the case of using the System, submitting inquiries or complaints: identification data, contact details (e-mail address, telephone number), login, access passwords, billing data for invoicing,
  • additionally, each time you visit the Website through which the System is available: the IP address of the device you use, the method of using our Website (data collected using cookies), which constitute personal data for Antigro, if we are able to link them with a specific user.
Transfer of personal data
Personal data collected via the System may be transferred to entities such as companies providing IT, accounting, legal or payment services. In addition, personal data may be made available to competent public authorities, if required by applicable law. Each time, such transfer will take place only on the basis of a contract concluded in this regard or another binding legal basis. In such situations, the amount of data transferred is limited to the required minimum. Personal data will not be transferred outside the EEA, except for situations expressly indicated in this Privacy Policy or about which you will be informed separately – in this case, an appropriate legal basis for the transfer of data will apply and, if required by law, additional safeguards to protect your data will be taken.
W use, in particular, the services of external suppliers:
  • Stripe Payments Europe Limited based in Dublin (Ireland) in connection with the use of payment services provided by Stripe. As Stripe Payment Europe Limited is a subsidiary of Stripe, Inc. (a US-based company) additional security measures have been introduced, including data encryption at rest and in transit.
  • Google Ireland Limited based in Dublin (Ireland) in connection with the use of the Google Analytics product, in order to collect data on how you use our Website. This information is not associated with a specific person and is used to improve the functioning of Our Site. Due to the fact that Google Ireland Limited is a subsidiary of a US company, additional safeguards have been introduced, including anonymization of the IP address, which is generally carried out in the EEA.
  • Hotjar Limited based in Malta, in connection with the use of the Hotjar product – to analyze and improve the UX of the Website on which the System is placed:
  • heatmaps,
  • recordings of visits to the website – clicks, cursor movements,
  • the websites visited during the visit to the Website.
We will process your personal data for the time indicated below:
  • in the scope of processing in order to perform the contract for the provision of electronic services – for the duration of the contract and the limitation of any claims,
  • in the scope of processing in order to perform the obligations arising from the provisions of law (e.g. regarding the storage of accounting records) – for the duration of such an obligation and for the time necessary to demonstrate that this obligation was fulfilled,
  • in the scope of other processing based on a legitimate interest – for the duration of this interest, no longer than until you object to the processing of data.
Your personal data will be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.You have the right to
  • request access to personal data, including obtaining a copy, request rectification, deletion or limitation of processing,
  • to the extent that the basis for processing is our legitimate interest, you have the right to object to the processing,
  • to the extent that the basis for processing is the need to perform the contract, you have the right to request data transfer to another entity,
  • to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority and to resort to legal remedies before a court.

Providing your personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract for the provision of electronic services.Information on the use of cookies:
  • In order to facilitate the use of the Website through which the System is available, Antigro may save cookies on the user’s computer or mobile device. Whenever cookies or cookie files are mentioned in this document, it is also understood as other similar technologies that store information or gain access to information already stored on the user’s end device (e.g. local storage).
  • Antigro does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
  • The cookies used by Antigro are safe for the user’s device. In particular, it is not possible for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to enter users’ devices in this way. These files allow to identify the software or device used by the user and customize the Website individually to each user.
  • The following types of cookies are used as part of the Website through which the System is available:
  • “session” cookies: these are temporary files stored on the user’s device and remain there until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the software (web browser). The saved information is then permanently deleted from the device memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow the collection of any personal data or any confidential information from the user’s device.
  • “persistent” cookies: they are stored on the user’s device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters and remain there until they are deleted. Ending the browser session or turning off the device does not delete them from the user’s device;
  • “necessary” cookies, enabling the use of services available on the System, e.g. authentication cookies used for services that require authentication on the Website;
  • cookies used to ensure security, e.g. used to detect fraud in the field of authentication within the Website;
  • “performance” cookies, enabling the collection of information on how the Website is used;
  • “functional” cookies, enabling “remembering” the settings selected by the user and personalizing the user interface, e.g. in terms of the language or region the user comes from, the font size, the appearance of the Website, etc .

  • analysis and research as well as audience audit to create anonymous statistics that help to understand how users use the Website, which allows improving its structure and content;
