Antigro Designer at FESPA 2025 – Summary & Highlights

FESPA is a global, non-profit federation of national trade associations founded in 1962 by the French Association of Printers and seven other European organisations. Originally centred on screen printing, FESPA has since broadened its focus to include digital, textile, and wide-format printing. It plays a vital role in the development of the global printing industry by organising international exhibitions, conferences, and technical seminars that foster knowledge exchange. Through educational resources, research projects, and initiatives such as design competitions and awards, FESPA actively supports innovation and growth within the sector.

This year’s FESPA 2025 event, held in Berlin, was a truly exceptional occasion, and the Antigro Designer team took part in it with great enthusiasm. It was a fantastic opportunity to meet many of our customers in person and engage in meaningful conversations about the solutions we provide. We also greatly appreciated the chance to reconnect with our partners and other professionals from the print industry, whose work plays a vital role in shaping the printing market.
Personalised Golf Balls and Bottle Openers with Antigro Designer and Roland

Thanks to the collaboration between Antigro Designer and Roland, visitors at the FESPA 2025 trade show had a unique opportunity to witness the personalised product creation process in action. Using examples such as bottle openers and golf balls, attendees explored how custom gadgets are made — from concept to final product. With the support of Antigro Designer’s Print Customizer, guests created their own designs, taking advantage of advanced features such as face-cutting from photos. The designs were then automatically transformed into print-ready files by the software and brought to life on-site using the Roland VersaSTUDIO BD-8 Desktop UV Flatbed Printer, showcasing the seamless integration of creative design with cutting-edge print technology. During the event, we printed nearly 100 designs on golf balls and over 100 on bottle openers.
Personalised Latte Cups with Antigro Designer and Inkcups

Building on another exciting collaboration, Antigro Designer partnered with Inkcups to give FESPA 2025 attendees a hands-on look at how personalised latte cups are created. Using the Antigro Designer Print Customizer, visitors designed their own unique graphics, taking advantage of advanced customiser features. These custom designs were then automatically converted into print-ready files and printed live using the Inkcups Helix® ONE printer – a cutting-edge cylindrical UV inkjet printer. During the event, nearly 200 participants created their own designs on latte cups, which we printed on site. The demonstration highlighted the powerful synergy between smart design tools and high-performance printing technology in producing bespoke, high-quality drinkware.
