Antigro Designer x Mimaki: Powering Personalized Print at PRINTING United Expo 2026
PRINTING United Expo 2026 was a great success for Antigro Designer and a strong confirmation that the growing interest in personalization is turning into a real market need for more flexible, engaging, and customized print experiences. We saw firsthand how much attention personalization is receiving and how important it is becoming for brands, print providers, and their customers.
It was also the first event where Antigro Designer joined forces with Mimaki to show how our software can work together with advanced printing technology to create something truly unique. By combining Antigro Designer’s personalization capabilities with Mimaki’s state-of-the-art printing solutions, we demonstrated a seamless workflow from creative ideas to finished personalized products.
UJF-200 Series Premiere and Personalized Coasters Highlight the Event
One of the highlights of the event was the opportunity for visitors to design their own personalized coasters using Antigro Designer’s Print Customizer and see them produced on the new Mimaki UJF-200 Series UV-LED flatbed printer. The activation showed how combining an intuitive online customization tool with advanced printing technology can create a smooth, engaging workflow from design to finished product. Throughout the event, we spoke with many visitors about how this kind of setup could help expand their product offering and open up new personalization opportunities. Together, we explored ideas ranging from custom coasters and promotional items to personalized gifts, phone cases, electronic devices, collectible toys, and other creative products.
Custom Las Vegas Stickers with Cartoonized Attendee Photos
Another area visitors could explore at the Mimaki booth during PRINTING United Expo was personalized sticker creation using Antigro Designer’s Sticker Builder and the Mimaki CJV200 Series Eco-Solvent Print & Cut device. Attendees were impressed by how quickly they could create custom designs and how easily print-ready files moved from the online tool into production. The setup showed that, with the right software, there is no need for time-consuming manual file preparation. Print files can be generated automatically with cutlines prepared in spot colors, making them ready for a seamless print-and-cut workflow. Combined with Mimaki printing technology, this creates a fast and efficient process that helps businesses produce personalized stickers at scale with far less manual effort.
Showcasing Custom Apparel Possibilities with DTF Printing
The third activation focused on personalized apparel, with visitors creating custom T-shirts printed using DTF technology on the new Mimaki TxF330-800 DTF printer. The event also marked the premiere of this printer, which attracted strong interest from attendees looking for new ways to expand their apparel offering. Many conversations focused on how combining the TxF330-800 with Antigro Designer software can help streamline the personalization workflow, reduce manual preparation, and improve overall production efficiency. Visitors were especially interested in how this setup could make it easier to handle more personalized orders without adding unnecessary complexity to the production process. For print businesses, this combination opens up new opportunities to increase productivity while growing sales of customized apparel.
These three activations showed just how much potential there is in combining Antigro Designer software with Mimaki printing technology across different personalization workflows. For us, PRINTING United Expo 2026 was a great start to our collaboration and a strong foundation for what comes next. We already have plenty of ideas for new applications, products, and experiences that we would like to explore together. In the future, we plan to continue sharing practical knowledge, inspiration, and real-world personalization use cases with print businesses.
