Mimaki UJF-200 Series Printer - Technical Specifications

The Mimaki UJF-200 Series is a UV-LED flatbed printer designed for direct printing on a wide range of rigid and three-dimensional products. It uses an on-demand piezo printhead and supports print resolutions of 600, 900, 1,200, and 1,800 dpi, providing flexibility between production speed and image detail. The series is available in two models: the UJF200-3042 with a maximum print area of 300 × 420 mm and the UJF200-6042 with a larger 610 × 420 mm print area. Mimaki UJF-200 Series and the Antigro Designer Workflow in Action

During PRINTING United Expo 2026, Antigro Designer and Mimaki presented a live personalization workflow that showed how custom coasters can move from an online design to a finished printed product within minutes. Visitors created their own designs with Antigro Designer’s Print Customizer, including cartoon-style characters generated from their photos, while the system automatically prepared print-ready files for production. The coasters were then produced on-site using the new Mimaki UJF-200-6042, demonstrating both the speed of the workflow and the high level of print quality achievable with the printer. The latest model also supports fluorescent printing, which was showcased through bright fluorescent text elements added to coaster designs. This combination of personalized artwork, efficient file preparation, vivid print output, and fluorescent effects highlighted the potential to create more distinctive and engaging custom products.
