Roland TrueVIS LG‑640 is an advanced UV-LED printer/cutter, supporting media widths from 335 to 1625 mm and thicknesses up to 1 mm with liner. The machine is equipped with modern staggered print heads and a built-in UV-LED lamp, allowing printing at resolutions up to 1200 dpi, with speeds reaching 343 ft²/h (~31.8 m²/h) at 720×600 dpi. Media handling is automated—with simplified calibration and media take-up—and operation is streamlined thanks to a one-touch media clasp.

The printer supports flexible ECO-UV EUV5P inks in 750 ml pouches—from standard CMYK sets to spot color options (Gloss, White, Red, Orange, Primer), up to full 8-color configurations. It’s also equipped with precise cutting functions, offering speeds up to 300 mm/s, cutting force from 30 to 500 gf, and offsets up to 1.5 mm. Connectivity is via Ethernet, and the machine operates on 100–240 V power, consuming around 800 W during operation and 85 W in sleep mode.
